How do I amend a standing order?

The best time to add or remove items from your standing order (SO) is while creating the SO itself. 

However, you may still amend your SO after creating/enabling it. Be sure to do this, though, within the supplier’s cut-off period, to avoid potential errors and delivery delays.

To amend your standing order:

Step 1: Sign in to your FoodByUs dashboard.

Step 2: In your dashboard menu, go to My Orders > Standing Orders

Find the relevant SO, then click on “Edit”.

Hit “Edit”, again, in the pop-up window.


Step 3: On the SO’s page:

  • Scroll down to the supplier’s details
  • Choose a product category
  • Click on the “+” to its right, to expand it 
  • Click on the “Add” button of each product you’d like to add


Click on “-” to decrease a product’s quantity or click on “+” to increase it.


Step 4:
Add more items by:

        a. Doing a product search


        b. Adding your favourite items from your Pantry List 


    c. Or, adding discounted items from Specials


Step 5:
Go back to your dashboard menu - My Orders > Standing Orders. You will find the new items that were added. 


Step 6:
Click on “Enable” to activate your standing order.
