How do I add or delete my bank account details?
Credit card payment is the default payment method on FoodByUs, but you can also set up direct debit payments in your account by adding your bank account details.
To add or delete your bank account details:
Step 1: Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on SIGN IN.
Step 3: From your dashboard, go to Finance then click on the arrow beside it.
Step 4: Click on Payment Methods.
If you don’t see the Bank Accounts section in your Payment Methods, it means your direct debit option is switched off.
If so, contact us and request to activate your direct debit option.
Step 5: Click on Add Bank Account.
Step 6: Click on the logo of your bank, if you see it here.
If not, click on the dropdown arrow to find your bank.
Hit the arrow for more options.
Step 7: Click on the name of your bank, read the Direct Debit Agreement, then hit Continue.

Step 8: Log in to your bank account portal.
Step 9: Authenticate your bank account details.
Step 10: Authorize FoodByUs to debit your account.
Your bank account details have now been added for direct debit payments.
