How can I view my past or upcoming orders?
Your orders appear in your dashboard under two sections:
- Upcoming Orders - orders which suppliers have yet to confirm and/or deliver; and
- Past Orders - orders that have been delivered (in the last 10 days)
When you view your order, the cart status will indicate at which point they are in the fulfillment process:
a. Pending - the supplier is sorting out the items for delivery
b. Confirmed - the order is ready for delivery
c. Complete - the order has been delivered
d. Declined - the Supplier can’t fulfill the order
A. To view your upcoming orders:
Step 1: Sign in to your FoodByUs dashboard.
Step 2: Refer to the “Upcoming Orders” section to the right of your dashboard menu.
If you have no current orders, this will show:
Step 3: Find the order you’d like to see, then click on “View”.
This will launch your order’s page, to include the following details:
- Date and time of order’s creation
- Status (Pending, Confirmed, Declined)
- Delivery date and time
- Supplier’s name and contact number
- Products ordered (including quantity, unit and price)
- Total amount
- Your payment and invoice details
- Your delivery details
From your dashboard, you may also perform any the following actions on an upcoming order:
- Reorder the exact same order;
- Amend or change your order;
- Create a recurring Standing Order; or
While on the order’s page, you may:
- Amend or change your order;
- Reorder the exact same order;
- Download an invoice for your order
B. To view your past orders:
Step 1: On your dashboard, scroll down to your "Past Orders" section below “Upcoming Orders”.
Step 2: Find the order you’d like to see, then click on “View”.
This will launch the order’s page, to include similar details in Step 3 above.
On your dashboard, you may also perform any the following actions on a past order:
- Reorder the exact same order;
- Create a recurring Standing Order; or
- Click on “I need help” to report an issue about your order (within 24 hours upon delivery)
While on the order’s page, you may:
- Reorder the exact same order; and
- Download an invoice for your order
