How do I view my total spend/ purchases?

The Reports section of your dashboard shows a summary of your monthly and weekly total spend under any of these categories:


This feature can help you keep track of your stock demands and spending by providing a clear sense of what and how much items you buy for your business regularly.

To view your total spend/ purchases:

Step 1: Sign in to your FoodByUs dashboard.

Step 2: Go to Reports, then find “Total Purchases” directly beside it.


Step 3:
View your weekly or monthly total spend by clicking on the corresponding tab.



To view your total spend/ purchases by category:

Step 4: Scroll down to “Purchases By Category”. Your total spend is now color-coded per category.



Step 5: View your weekly or monthly total spend by category by clicking on the corresponding tab. 



Step 6: Click on the category in which you have spent on. 




You may also click on and view multiple categories. If so, a combined total spend will reflect in the chart. For example:



Note: When you click on one category, the others will automatically be grayed out. No worries, just click on any grayed-out category to view it in the chart. This applies to either the Weekly or the Monthly view.
