How do I reorder?

The Reorder feature in your order helps you save time by instantly adding a previous order to your cart. This means you can order the exact same items again without having to manually add each one to your cart.

You can reorder from your dashboard’s:

1. “Upcoming Orders” section; or


2. The order’s page when you view the order from your dashboard.


NOTE: You can reorder before or after your order is delivered.


To reorder:

Step 1: Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.

Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on SIGN IN.

Step 3:
Find the Order Reference # (starting with SYD- or MEL-**) of the order you’d like to reorder:

a. From your dashboard, under “Upcoming Orders” (if the order is yet to be delivered).


b. Or under “Past Orders”, if the order has been delivered.


c. You may also go to “My Orders”, click on the dropdown arrow then “Orders”.



**The Order Reference has since been updated to QLD, NSW or VIC.

Step 4:
Enter your suburb or postcode in the pop-up window, to continue.


Step 5:
Your new order has been created. Click on Go to checkout (final step) to complete your order.


NOTE: If you add new items to your order, additional charges will reflect; your credit card will be charged the price difference at checkout.

More importantly, some product categories change prices regularly. Hence, the checkout price of your reorder may not be the same as that of your previous order, particularly if you reorder a week after.


If you remove items from your cart, an automatic refund will be processed for the price difference.

Refunds are issued every Friday of the following week, for which you will be e-mailed.
